The Vibe

We keep it simple. Choose a bonfire and birdsong, play some gentle tunes, relax, and enjoy the company of the trees and wild animals. Your guests can unwind, share stories around the fire, and enjoy the woods at their own pace. This is a space that encourages reflection and genuine connection.

What You Can Do

We offer flexible setups. We can host picnic-style feasts via local chefs, create quiet hammock-seat corners for conversations, and also offer guided activities like mindful walks or woodcraft sessions if you choose. Or just let the woods be the main event. Just talk to use about you and your friends would need and would enjoy

• How many people can we bring?
  We typically host groups of 15 to 30, but we can discuss options for larger gatherings.

• What if it rains?
  We have contingency plans like canopy setups to keep things comfortable. The woods can be magical in the rain too.

• Can we have catering?
  Absolutely. We can recommend local caterers who fit the natural vibe, including those who can do firepit cookouts in the woods

• Can we have music?

• Acoustic music works beautifully here but we can sort out special corners for music, chill disco. Just no all-night raves: the owls like to rule the airwaves after 11pm

• What does a woodland party cost?

• Our parties usually have a basic set-up fee, around £500 which secures the booking (this covers the whole weekend including set-up and take down). It is then about £25 per guest, with camping included.
